Racing Strengths: I am a downhill and gated racer so the two events compliment each other. I think my physical strength is probably being a powerful type rider. I have been racing for 17 years so experience always helps.

Are you working on anything in particular for the 2008 season? It's been a great season so far and to top things off with a Jeep title would be great!

What is your typical training regimen (off and on the bike)? I do loads of gym work and road rides. I have taken up moto the last two seasons and that helps a lot.

What do you do besides mountain biking? I am working on my undergrad at ASU trying to get into med school.

What specifics can you tell us about your bike tuning? I usually use a ST for slalom for better traction and for more of an aggressive feel out of corners. Tire and suspension set up depends on each course.
